About Me
Unleashing the Potential
My name is Ann Devine, my daughter, Irene, helps with my business, as well. Since I was young I’ve loved animals — both learning about and taking care of them. I began working as a House and Pet Sitter in 2012 and now have the opportunity to share my love of animals with my clients and pet owners all over the Jefferson County, MO and surrounding areas.
I pride myself on the high-standard of care and services that I offer. I have a number of clients who have become more like family, and customers who consider me to be an integral member of their family. I hope I get the chance to meet your lovely pet soon.

House/Pet Sitting
Don’t feel guilty about leaving your pet alone. My Pet Sitting service gives your pet maximum care, even when you can’t be there. This is one of my most popular services and fills up fast. Get in touch to book a session today.
Drop In Visits
Are your pets self-sufficient and only need checked on a couple times a day? This service is super affordable. We will come into your home to let out your animals, feed them, and play with them. We offer 30 minute and 60 minute drop in visits.
Boarding
Need a place for your fur babies to crash? We allow small dogs and other pets to come into our home to stay while you are away. Your small animal will have a black lab to play with and will have a great time.
Dog Walking & Exercise
Does your pet have tons of energy? Do you have a busy schedule and cannot always give your pup the exercise he needs? Not to worry! We can set up a dog walking or play session for your dog to get his zoomies out. Sessions are set up for 30 or 60 minutes.

Common Inquiries
I know that letting someone else take care of your pet can be difficult. To make the process a little easier, I’ve put together some of the questions I’m frequently asked. If there’s something I’ve missed, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?
Yes - In the unlikely event that your pet becomes sick or injured, we will use your Vet that you have provided in the emergency contacts. Devine Pet Care is not responsible for any accidents that occur, and clients will be billed for the vet visit.
Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?
We have experience with chickens and other farm animals. We do not take exotic pets.
How many dogs can you walk at once?
We walk two dogs per person.
Are you willing to travel to our home?
Absolutely! We serve clients all over Jefferson County, and we are on time and always communicate updates while at your home. We take our jobs very seriously and you can rely on us.
How many dogs do you sit at once?
There are times when we have multiple bookings. At the most, we have 4 bookings at a time. For example, we have a house that we are sitting at, a dog walk, and two drop in visits that both require two visits that day. We will never book multiple house sitting or boarding sessions. When Irene is able to help Ann, Irene may go to a house to sit while Ann stays with a dog she is boarding. We will allow only 2 other small dogs in our home. We walk 2 dogs per person. We take as many dogs as you have in the home for house sitting and drop in visits.
Will you be easily reached while we are away?
Yes - our phones will be on 24/7. We will give you our numbers, and you are able to text or call us anytime. We do provide frequent updates with pictures during our visit.
Does Devine Pet Care have the right amount of time to care for my animals?
Ann usually takes dogs and other animals that are able to be left alone for long periods of time between 8-12 hours a day. Ann usually schedules drop in visits and walks around her work schedule. Her schedule fluctuates, so she has more free time some days than others. It’s best to reach out to see if there’s an availability on the days that you need a sitter. Devine Pet Care will always be honest if they have time for your dog or not. They do not take more than they can handle.
When is check in and check out for dog boarding?
Check in is at 10 AM and check out is at 6 PM.
What are your hourly and daily rates?
Dog Walking
Max of 2 dogs per walk. Customers must provide doggie poop bags, collar or harness, and leash.
Pricing Information: $15 base dog - $10 additional dog - $20 base pay for holiday rate
Disclaimer: Clients living outside of our 15 mile radius will be charged $0.12 per extra mile driven. 25% of payment must be paid upfront. Final payment must be paid in full by the next day after service has ended.

Drop in visit
Services offered during this 30 minute visit: feeding, watering, pottying, and playing.
Payment Information: $15 base dog per 30 minutes - $10 per additional dog/animal - $20 per 30 minutes for holiday rate.

House Sitting
Booked by day. All sizes of dogs and other animals welcome and no limit of animals in home necessary.
Payment Information: $25 per day (base) - $10 per additional dog/animal - $35 base for holiday rate

Dog Boarding
Charged per day .Small dogs accepted in our home - dogs must be 25 lbs or less - must show proof of vaccinations. Only 2 dogs accepted at a time.
Clients must provide leash, collar or harness, food, water and food bowls, kennel, and anything else your dog may need.
Payment Information: $25 per day (base), $10 per additional dog, $35 per day-holiday rate
Disclaimer: 25% of payment must be paid upfront. Final payment must be paid in full by the next day after service has ended. Our home does not have a fenced in yard, so all animals must be on a leash in yard.

Can I set up a consultation?
Yes - You are looking for a dog sitter to stay in your home, drop in, board your dog in their home, or take your dog on a walk. Devine Pet Care wants to make sure that you are comfortable with them. Let’s book a time for you to meet a member of our team, ask any questions that you might have, and make sure that your dog is comfortable with us. We understand that sometimes it’s just not a good fit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 2 days in advance to receive their deposit back. If you do not cancel in this time frame, you will not receive your deposit back.
